Gesammelte Aufsätze zur Religionssoziologie Volumes I, II, III THREE VOLUME SET FROM 1922 is what you will be bidding on in this auction. Blue cloth hard cover, with gold lettering found on the spine. Minimum shelf wear. Rest of book is good. Binding seems to be tight and all pages are intact. Very clean and wonderful copy of this book. All three books weigh approx. 2 lbs each so shipping will seem higher than one book alone. VOLUME I, 573 pp. Pages are fairly tight, with some cracking along the spine on a few pages. All intact. There is some pencil notes found on the outside margin of this book on several pages, not a lot, but this was used to translate by the original owner, Dr. Ephraim Fischoff. VOLUME II, 378 pp. The front cover/hinge is exposed, but is intact. No writing found, some aging to papers. VOLUME III, 465 pp. Ink stain one corner of top of pages 431-447 about the size of a dime and smaller. Does not interfere with the text. This book also has pencil underlined some text, with pencil notes on the outside margin of several pages. Again was used by original owner in his translation work. All three books are in German, and I have two other books that are similar to these three, and would make a complete Max Weber collection. A wonderful set to collect! See my other two auctions to see all Weber books. **************************************************************** First edition. Max Weber (1864-1920), German economist and sociologist. Edited and published by Weber's wife, Marianne, after his death in 1920 Excellent provenance from the library of Dr. Ephraim Fischoff who translated Sociology of Religion, Max Weber, Beacon Press, 1963. • Oak & Black Walnut recycled in to New!

New oak black walnut bench handmade Recycled solid wood. It is made of recycled wood that I recovered from old homes and I have made into new. Saved the wood from being throwing away. Solid wood from the 1940's. The oak were once stairway treads or steps. There is even a hole from where the baluster once belonged. I have cleaned up the wood and made it into a bench that is 20" tall, 15 1/2" wide by 47 1/2" long. It has a clear lacquer finish so that you are able to see the great designs and details from these old pieces of wood. It is very sturdy and weighs about 35 lbs. From my smoke-free work shop.
